Have some questions about what we do?

Take a moment to read the answers to our most frequently asked questions or contact us and we will be happy to help.

1. What products do you stock in the machines?

We work with our customers from day one to decide on the best products for their needs.  We monitor all sales of the products remotely using our innovative software so we can see what is popular and what is not.  We then agree on regular intervals with our clients the best options to continually improve the product offering.

2. Do you use well known brands?

Push Vending provides only quality recognised branded products for use in our hot drinks cold drinks, snack and food vending machines.  Whatever you require, we aim to have a product selection to suit you. Choose from a range of branded ingredients, including Kenco, Nestle, Galaxy, Cadbury, Mars, Walkers and many more to give your staff and visitors a quality drink and snack offering.

3. What machine is right for me?

Push offers a wide range of machines to suit all environments and locations.  We consult with you from the beginning to find out what your needs are and tailor a solution to meet your requirements.   So if you are after a table top espresso coffee machine or a full range of snack and cold drinks we will offer genuine guidance to help you find the perfect solution for you.

4. Do I have to clean and fill the machines?

The choice is yours.  We offer a fully managed service so we can clean, fill and maintain your machines for you to make sure they are always in optimum condition.  Alternatively we can train you to look after your own machines and be there to support you as and when required.  We can also supply all of the ingredients you need so it removes all of the hassle of sourcing these yourselves.

5. Do I have to lease, buy or rent the machines?

We appreciate that each business has different needs when it comes to vending services so at Push we offer our customers a number of options.  You can choose to lease, by or rent machines from us.  If the minimum requirements are met we can also review supplying you machines free on loan so your capital expenditure can be utilised in other areas of your business.

6. Water and Electrical Services.

Your machine will need to be plugged into a standard 3 pin electrical wall socket next to the machine location.  There will also need to be a mains water supply pipe with a stop cock located within 1 meter of the machine.  We do supply some machines with internal water tanks so if a water supply is not available then we have a solution for this also.

We will carry out a full site survey for you as part of our consultation and then advise the best solution for your environment.  Our engineers will connect up and commission the equipment on the day of installation and hot drinks machines also install a water filter to optimise the quality of the drinks.

7. Can you help with vending of bespoke products?

We often get enquiries for vending non food and drinks items in our machines that are bespoke to a customer’s site or particular project.  These range from items such as golf accessories (balls, tees, gloves), tools, perfume and makeup, computer accessories, mobile phone accessories and printer cartridges to name but a few.  We like to be challenged and there are many items that can be vended to help queue busting in a store and control stock in an office or factory environment.

A common popular request is to manage the control of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).  Each staff member is issued with a unique key fob which then records precisely what they have taken from the machine (this can be set to only issue 1 per day, per week etc).  This means that from a health and safety perspective you can have a log to make sure everyone has what they need.  It also gives you the added bonus of being able to have full control of the stock of each item reducing wastage.

8. Why vending?
